Delighted to see that the short film ONE NIGHT IN FLANDERS which we shot last year has won an Outstanding Achievement Award at the Berlin Flash Film Festival and is being entered in several
more as the accolades keep on rolling in. Hopefully this will help us achieve the funding to shoot the full feature film version soon. I popped up a few times this month on television, with STV's brilliant series
IN PLAIN SIGHT repeated on ITV on the 8th of June, followed by Danny Boyle's wonderful sequel TRAINSPOTTING 2 on the same night! Delighted to be formally announced as cast for the horror
short film REMNANTS this month and delighted to be a part of it. More auditions, more travel and another really hectic month but the rest of the year is now beginning to fall into place, as restrictions
begin to lift this month and some semblance of 'normality' returning...hopefully! Great to see the first advert for GUILT - Series 2 due out in the Autumn..coming soon! And with the imminent release of
Bollywood epic 83 looming, I was featured in an article for The Scottish Sun, decked up in cricket gear and had a fun photo shoot in nearby Queens Park for the piece. Thanks to the lovely Colan Lamont, the
Features Writer at the paper and to all involved in Kabir Khan's momentous sports film, which replays the 1983 Cricket World Cup in which India defied the odds to defeat a magnificent West Indies side. I landed a new television role at the tale end of the month, more about that in next month's Diary!
