January 2016 - The Diary

It's always nice to start a new year with several projects in the pipeline and great to get back into film work with director Vito Milazzo's new short film BIG JOE, in which I played a gangland enforcer called 'Bobby' with a lovely cast and familiar faces in the crew, including Lucy Goldie (below).

Really nice getting to work with Lucy again as we auditioned together for Cumbernauld Theatre last year. Director Vito Milazzo has made some cracking short films before and really looking forward to seeing this one completed and edited and nice to have some more quality screen time again.

I finished up January with a return to corporate live work with another excellent COLOPLAST UK in Stirling with the usual gang and more gigs lined up for February. New scenarios and excellent prosthetics to play with and great hands-on experience for the Stoma nurses in the audience.

And finally another dark and dangerous character to get my teeth into in David Wilde's web series CRIME LORD in Glasgow, as crooked MP 'Ewan Ford.' Fantastic day's filming some crazy scenes with Tyne Roberts and a lovely crew once again. Hopefully my character will be back in future

episodes as the gangsters get their claws into him! Positive start to 2016 and still lots of jobs booked in for the next few months and nice to be a part of 3 current web series, a short film, 2 regular corporate gigs and a feature film all shooting in the first quarter of the year.
